Free Onsite Bids
Earthwise offers competitive onsite bid services for selected projects free of charge. Our friendly and professional staff will coordinate a walk-through of your site and present you with a list of the items to be removed contingent upon your approval along with a written estimate of compensation options. We offer in-store credit, tax donation receipts through one of our non-profit partners, or modest cash bids as forms of compensation.
Free Salvage Pickup
Are you cleaning out the garage or finishing up a remodel? Are you a contractor whose warehouse is in need of extra space? We pick up items from homeowners, contractors, and businesses free of charge.
Reliable Material Removal
Earthwise has one of the most experienced salvage crews in the business. We're licensed and bonded and work on large and small, public and private projects. We've worked with most major demolition and abatement contractors in the Seattle area and pride ourselves on our low-impact, professional and flexible jobsite practices.

Warehouse Receiving Guidelines
We accept desirable material every day at our salvage warehouse from homeowners, architects, contractors, artists, designers and others. We can offer in-store credit for your future projects, tax donation receipts through one of our non-profit partners, or modest cash bids for quality materials.
Public Safety
We work closely with the Seattle Police Department to safeguard ourselves and our customers from purchasing stolen goods by using strict purchasing guidelines. These are outlined in the City of Seattle Used Goods Ordinance.
Hours and Location
The retail store is open 9:30am - 5:30pm 7 days a week, however, Receiving closes at 4:30pm every day. If you would like your items to be considered, you should arrive with enough time for us to give them the attention they deserve! Here's a link to our detailed location page.
